We are partnering with a highly regarded, Exceeding-rated early learning service in Aura to find an experienced Diploma Educator to join their Preschool Room.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established service with a strong reputation, experienced leadership team, and a positive, collaborative culture. You'll be working alongside dedicated educators who are committed to delivering high-quality programs and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.

The centre offers beautifully resourced learning environments and a strong educational philosophy centred on play-based learning, intentional teaching, and fostering children's curiosity, independence, and sense of belonging.
This role would suit an educator who is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys contributing to curriculum planning, and is looking to further develop their leadership skills within a quality-focused service.

About You





We're keen to hear from educators who have:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator or experienced Assistant Educator
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Regulations
- Experience contributing to educational programs and children's learning outcomes
- A genuine passion for building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- A collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality practice
- The drive to continue growing professionally and progress within the sector
