About the role

We are seeking experienced Casual Private Event Bartenders to join our roster and service a diverse range of private events across Perth WA. This is a casual flexible position offering flexible work opportunities for skilled bartenders who want to work on an as-needed basis. You will be working at various premium venues and private homes throughout Perth, crafting cocktails, managing bars, and delivering outstanding customer service to discerning clientele. This role is ideal for bartenders seeking flexibility whilst maintaining a steady stream of high-quality event work.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, contemporary creations, and bespoke drinks

- Manage bar operations efficiently during events, including stock management, setup, and breakdown

- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation at all times

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, wines, and beverages to guests

- Interact professionally and courteously with event attendees, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere

- Adhere to responsible service of alcohol protocols and venue-specific policies

- Collaborate with event coordinators, waitstaff, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Sometimes handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely

- Adapt quickly to varying event themes,



formats, and clientele requirements

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a bartender in hospitality venues, bars, clubs, or private event settings

- Good knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic and contemporary cocktail recipes

- Excellent cocktail skills and the ability to craft drinks efficiently under pressure, for cocktail shifts

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of people

- Ability to work flexibly on evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

- High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards

- Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods in fast-paced environments

- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Preferred: Experience in private functions, high-end venues, or event bartending
