We’re looking for experienced, energetic hospitality professionals to join the team at Busselton Pavilion.

We have a solid focus on great food, drinks, service and creating an experience guests want to come back for. We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, work well under pressure and take pride in delivering excellent service.

We’re currently looking for at both venues:

- Duty Managers

- Bartenders

- Floor Staff

Duty Managers

We’re after experienced hospo people who can run a shift, lead a team and keep their cool when the venue is pumping. You’ll need solid bar/ floor knowledge, great communication and the ability to make calls on the fly.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous Duty Manager, Supervisor or senior hospitality experience

- Strong knowledge of bar and/or floor operations

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- The ability to confidently manage busy services

- A strong understanding of customer service

- The ability to solve problems quickly and professionally

- Availability across evenings and weekends

- A current Approved Manager’s.

Bartenders & Floor Staff

Previous bar or floor experience is preferred, although we’re also interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

We’re looking for people who:

- Have experience in a high volume bar/ restaurant or pub

- Are friendly, confident and professional

- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Enjoy working as part of a team

- Have a genuine passion for food, drinks and hospitality

- Have good availability, including evenings and weekends

- Hold a current RSA
