About the role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on ICF Installer / Construction Labourer to assist with an upcoming residential build in City Beach, starting this week.

You’ll be involved in installing Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) blocks, bracing and scaffold to help construct high-quality, energy-efficient homes using an innovative building system.

Key responsibilities

- Install and position ICF blocks on residential construction sites

- Set up and secure bracing systems

- Assist with scaffold installation and site preparation

- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Maintain a secure, tidy and organised worksite

About you

- You’re practical, dependable and take pride in doing a job properly. You have construction experience and are comfortable working on an active residential building site.

You’ll need:

- A valid driver's licence

- A current White Card





- The ability to lift and move bracing, scaffold and building materials

- Confidence using hand tools, drills and other power tools

- A reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach

- Previous ICF or formwork experience is an advantage, but not essential for someone with solid construction experience and a willingness to learn.
