Cleans and sanitizes the bakery area including bakery cooler and freezer. Sweeps, mops, sprays, washes, applies cleaning agents, wipes, and operates pressure washer. Cleans and re-fills mop bucket and cleans mop head.

Dismantles bakery equipment, such as power mixer and muffin depositor. Washes , rinses and sanitizes removeable parts in commercial dishwasher or by hand in three compartment sink. Wipes down down stationary parts with cleaning agent, water, and sanitizing agent.

Washes bakery containers and utensils using commercial dishwasher.

Collects cardboard and trash; operates trash compactor, cardboard baler. Takes laundry to service pick up area.

Logs sanitation procedures performed on daily report and complies with health code.



Follows safety and security procedures and reads labels for proper use and precautions of cleaning products.

Provides prompt and courteous member service.

Re-stocks baking supplies and industrail sized containers of ingredients.

Assists bakers and follows department production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished product.

Ensures proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials.

Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery:

Pressure washer, commercial dish washer, wheeled racks, proofing boxes, ovens, large power mixer, muffin depositor, trash compactor, cardboard baler, food proc crust machine, processer, pallet jacks, wrapping machine.
