About the role

Oasis Living Solutions is seeking reliable, compassionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community support teams. We have opportunities for immediate commencement, subject to completion of mandatory pre-employment requirements. We are looking for individuals who understand the responsibilities of disability support work and are genuinely committed to providing consistent, high-quality, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities

- Assist participants with personal care, including showering, toileting, continence care and dressing.

- Support daily living activities, meal preparation and household tasks.

- Provide community access and assistance with appointments.

- Assist with medication in accordance with training and authorisation.

- Follow participant support plans, behaviour support plans and risk assessments.

- Complete accurate progress notes and required documentation.

- Undertake rostered sleepover shifts.

About you

- Be willing and available to undertake sleepover shifts.

- Be willing and able to provide personal care, including showering,



toileting and continence support.

- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and professional communication.

- Accurately communicate availability and attend accepted rostered shifts.

- Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance.

- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.

- Hold a valid Australian driver's licence.

- Have Australian working rights.

- Be willing to complete mandatory onboarding and participant-specific training.

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability Support or relevant experience is highly regarded.
