We are seeking a fleet assistant to support our High Wycombe team with all aspects of customer service coordinating the hiring and de-hiring of all company equipment. You will ensure all equipment for hire is “Hire Ready” and available to meet customer requirements and bookings.

About the Role

This role is an excellent opportunity for an energetic career orientated individual that enjoys working directly with customers and is willing to roll up their sleeves.

- Manage all incoming phone calls for hire or hire enquiry to assist the caller for rental equipment details, specific rates or other general information.





- Assist with all “Walk-in” customers to the branch.

- Coordinate reservations to ensure equipment is ready for hire.

- Ensure essential information is entered into the appropriate systems for reservations, license renewals, permits, servicing, invoicing, contracts

- Assess fleet assets on return

- General administration work and support to the branch.

About You

What you will bring to the team:

- Proven experience in coordinating fleet and comfortable walking into the Yard

- Great communication skills and telephone manner

- Can do attitude

- Strong planning and organisational skills

- Robust computer skills
