About the role

Our receptionist at Justcuts Marion plays a key role in keeping our busy salon running smoothly. This is primarily a customer service position, rather than an administrative role, although some general administration is involved.

Key responsibilities

- Warmly greeting clients and ensuring they feel welcome

- Managing client departures and providing a positive final impression

- Coordinating and managing the salon queue to maintain a smooth flow of clients

- Communicating effectively with clients and stylists

- Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming salon environment

- Assisting with general cleaning duties and light administration

- Supporting the salon team wherever needed

About you

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Confident, friendly and approachable

- Well-presented, with a skilled appearance suited to a hair salon

- Organised and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- Show initiative and enjoy being part of a team

- Genuinely enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering great service

- Reliable,



punctual and committed to the position long term

- Available for all three shifts: Thursday 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

- Flexibility to work additional days when required will be highly regarded

Just Cuts Marion is a busy salon located in Westfield Marion, Adelaide. Having operated for over 25 years, we know how important a outstanding front-of-house receptionist is to the running and overall success of the salon.
