We're looking for a Construction Supervisor who takes pride in delivering quality homes, knows how to keep trades accountable, and genuinely enjoys seeing a build come together from slab to handover.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Managing around 12 residential construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinating and motivating trades to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
- Conducting quality inspections at key stages of construction
- Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and building regulations
- Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders throughout the build journey
- Identifying and resolving issues before they become problems
- Keeping projects on budget, on time, and built to a standard you're proud to put your name against

What Makes You a Great Fit

You're probably someone who:

- Has experience supervising residential construction projects
- Knows construction processes inside and out
- Can build strong relationships with trades and suppliers
- Is organised without being overly bureaucratic
- Has a sharp eye for quality and detail
- Remains calm when things don't go to plan
- Understands that excellent communication is often the difference between a good build and a great one




- Holds a current driver's licence and relevant QBCC Site Supervisor or Open Builders licence
