Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and dependable Skip Bin Driver & Yard Hand to join our team.

This position will commence as a casual role with consistent hours (up to 38 hours per week). For the right person, there is an opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position following a successful probation period.

The Role

This is a diverse, hands-on role involving the operation of our skip bin trucks, Utes and trailers, delivering and collecting skip bins throughout metropolitan Adelaide, as well as assisting with general yard operations.

The successful applicant will be required to operate different vehicles across our fleet depending on daily operational requirements, so flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed are important.

Duties include:

- Delivering and collecting skip bins using our trucks, Utes and trailers

- Conducting daily vehicle and equipment pre-start checks

- Assisting with waste sorting and recycling activities

- General yard maintenance and housekeeping

- Loading, unloading and positioning bins safely

- Providing friendly and professional customer service

- Assisting the wider team as required

No two days are the same, offering a great mix of driving, physical work and outdoor tasks.





What We're Looking For

Reliability is extremely important to us. As a busy and growing business, we rely on every team member to turn up on time, be dependable and take their responsibilities seriously. We are looking for someone who is committed, punctual and can be counted on every day. If you cannot consistently commit to your rostered shifts and working hours, this position will not be the right fit for you.

- Current Driver's Licence

- Experience towing trailers preferred

- MR is required

- HR Licence highly regarded but not essential

- Forklift Licence advantageous but not required

- Physically fit and capable of manual work

- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
