The Austral Hotel, Colac ,Victoria has recently undergone renovations to provide the people of Colac and beyond a premium hospitality venue and experience. The hotel provides for over 1500 covers per week

We are now looking to enhance our kitchen team with energetic, enthusiastic staff wanting to share this journey.

We’re looking for qualified chef/ cooks . You will be able to

- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in a similar role
- Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
- A desire to be part of a new and exciting journey
- Duties include
- Ordering, stocktaking, menu development, stock rotation, manage a section, be able to manage kitchen in absence of head chef​, follow recipes and instructions.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $73,150.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Kitchen: 2 years (Preferred)
