We are seeking experienced Front of House waitstaff who can confidently manage sections during busy service periods while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role suits someone who is proactive, confident, well-presented and comfortable working in a premium hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Use POS system efficiently (experience preferred)
- Upsell menu items, beverages and venue specials
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of floor area
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
- Follow venue procedures and service standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality




- Experience in a busy restaurant, bar or lounge environment
- RSA Certificate (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work late nights and weekends
- Reliable transport to and from Fitzroy
