TSV CIVIL is on the lookout for a reliable and skilled Trenching Laborers for our growing crew across sites in and around NSW.

This role is suited to someone who takes pride in running a team in precision trenching, safe work practices, and working independently on civil NBN projects.

Proven Experience is essential for this role, with a track record of 3 years + on Civil Trenching Sites, Specifically in Pit & Pipe works.

What We’re Looking For :

- Experienced NBN Trenchers to lay pipe, backfill and compact.
- P5 AND P6 Pit installers - Asbestos preferred
- Locators - Experience with working around live services (water, gas, electrical, comms)
- Supervisors - Sound knowledge of Understanding the scope of works, Dials and Permits required. Experience in completing mud maps and working alongside plant operators and other contractors to ensure smooth sign offs
- Vac truck operators




- Excavator Operators

Must have specific to each job request:

- White card & PPE
- Full Driver's License (HR Preferred)
- VOC Excavation operations (for operators)
- Asbestos Awareness ( Preferred )
- First Aid + CPR
- ABN - Required
- Enable NBN Card (preferred)
- Gas ticket
- Locate underground services
- Vacuum Excavations ticket + VOC
- IMP - Implement Traffic management
