How earnings work

You receive 80% of the lesson price for bookings made through First Pass, with a 20% platform commission.

For example, on a $75 one-hour lesson, the instructor receives $60 before their own operating expenses.





Earnings depend on completed bookings. There are no guaranteed lesson hours or booking volumes.

Who we're looking for

- Licensed driving instructors based anywhere in NSW.
- Independent, self-employed instructors operating their own business.
- Newly licensed instructors ready to begin independently.
- Instructors with availability for additional learners.
- Automatic, manual or dual-transmission instructors.
- Male and female instructors are equally welcome.

Requirements

- Current NSW driving instructor licence.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Own suitable, appropriately insured training vehicle.
- Ability to manage lesson availability and bookings online.
- Professional, reliable and committed to learner safety.

This opportunity is intended for individual independent instructors, not large driving schools or franchises.
