Summit Restorations is a highly regarded restoration company operating out of Currumbin, Gold Coast.

Specialising in water damage, mould remediation, fire, smoke, storm damage throughout Gold Coast and Northern NSW. IICRC certified. RIA member. Built on systems that actually work.

As we expand our Gold Coast operations, we are looking for an experienced, autonomous Lead Restoration Technician to head up our field operations, manage complex claims, and mentor junior staff.

You'll run water damage restoration, structural drying and mould remediation projects independently across residential, commercial and insurance work on in the Gold Coast and Northen NSW area.

Your Responsibilities

- Attend and manage restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion.
- Manage equipment deployment and monitor drying progress
- Perform emergency make-safe works to mitigate further property damage.
- Conduct moisture mapping, structural drying, mould remediation and fire restoration works.
- Prepare detailed damage assessments, reports and restoration scopes.




- Operate and monitor specialised restoration equipment.
- Liaise professionally with insurers, loss adjusters, builders and clients.
- Ensure all works comply with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain team standards
- Following health and safety protocols and always wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

What We Are Looking For:

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically within structural water damage restoration and mould remediation.
- IICRC WRT Certified (AMRT, ASD and FSRT preferred)
- Confident with moisture mapping, Report Writing and Job documentation
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- Clean, valid Australian Open Driver's Licence is mandatory.
