The Chance

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our Gold Coast office.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial property management within a professional and structured environment.

You will work closely with experienced senior property managers and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial and retail asset management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with lease administration and interpretation
- Support lease negotiations and documentation processes
- Coordinate property inspections and compliance requirements
- Communicate with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Monitor arrears and assist with financial tracking
- Assist with outgoings reconciliations and reporting
- Maintain accurate property and compliance records
- Coordinate maintenance and make-good processes
- Support day-to-day portfolio management operations

About You





- Experience in property management or a related field or :

- A background (or strong interest) in law, legal studies, accounting, finance or commerce

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and organisational capability

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Professional presentation and stakeholder confidence

- Familiarity with lease documentation and compliance frameworks (advantageous)

- Experience with property management software (preferred but not essential)
