The Role

We are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our Jandakot team. In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting with administration tasks on projects planning from tendering to execution and reporting
- Document formatting and data entry
- Compiling business correspondence and maintaining registers
- Coordinating workshop operations to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- General administration duties as required

What You will Need

- Experience in an office environment,



with exposure to reception and broad administration duties
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Knowledge of Pronto, SAP and Ariba is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
