Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating customer orders from processing through to delivery
- Preparing quotations and processing sales orders
- Liaising with warehouse and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing sales support
- Assisting the installation team with reporting and daily job coordination

About You

- Previous experience in a similar sales and service coordination or admin role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
