Qualified Casual Chefs - CDP / Sous / Head Chef (Sydney & NSW)The Opportunity

We’re looking to build on our pool of professional casual chefs to support a range of high-profile kitchens across Sydney and NSW . Work across restaurants, boutique hotels, functions, catering operations, and events , gaining experience in some of the best venues Sydney has to offer.We’re looking for passionate Chef de Parties with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role , along with experienced Sous Chefs and Head Chefs who can step into service and support our clients to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities

- Run your section or support the service/preparations

- Maintain strong mise en place and organisation

- Execute dishes to spec with consistency and attention to detail

- Work across à la carte, functions, and high volume events :

- Follow all food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards :

- Integrate quickly into new team and kitchen environments

- Keep service clean, controlled, and efficient

About You

- Chef de Partie :



3+ years in a similar role

- Sous / Head Chef : 5+ years in senior positions

- Experience across restaurants, hotels, events, or catering kitchens :

- Confident in both prep and service :

- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (preferred)

- Reliable, professional, and well-presented

- Strong team player with a solid work ethic
