CBRE is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager - Corporate Services (Indirects) to support a critical M&A; integration across our Advisory business. This is a fixed term, delivery focused role designed for a procurement professional who thrives on pace, complexity and tangible outcomes.

This isn’t business as usual. This is about stabilising, integrating and optimising indirect procurement during a pivotal period of change.

The Opportunity

- Play a key role in a live M&A; integration
- Lead concurrent tenders across print, digital marketing and technology
- Influence senior stakeholders across Advisory, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Digital
- Deliver outcomes that will shape how the combined business operates long after the contract ends

What you’ll be doing

- Executing priority sourcing and supplier activities across indirect OPEX spend (~$13M)
- Leading end to end RFTs, commercial negotiations and contract transitions
- Establishing fit for purpose Digital & Technology software contracts
- Embedding CBRE procurement governance, compliance and risk standards
- Capturing synergies, mitigating risk and ensuring continuity of service

About You

You’re a commercially astute procurement professional with:





- 5+ years’ experience in procurement or category management
- Robust exposure to Marketing, Professional Services or Travel categories
- Proven success negotiating contracts >$5M annual spend
- Confidence operating in fast paced, matrixed environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
