We pride ourselves on being inclusive and embrace and celebrate the diversity of all people within our communities. Our diversity helps us provide the best support possible to carers, families, children and young people and all of our external stakeholders.
A little about the role
Working closely with the carer recruitment and placement team, you will lead and present high-quality foster carer assessments, reviews and transfers using KAAs and ACWA tools, ensuring that children and young people are only placed with carers that meet the standards for fostering and kinship care.
Other key responsibilities include:

- Developing clear, accurate and critically analysed assessment reports that consider carer capacity, matching needs,
cultural considerations and children’s best interests.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and administrative records, ensuring privacy, quality and compliance with KAA policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements.
- Supporting others across the recruitment, placement and business support teams, and contributing to recruitment activities and training where required.
The base salary for this position is $100,776.00 - $105,340.56 /annum (based on 1.0EFT) + super + vehicle & fuel card + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This position is full-time, 12-month contract.
