At Grow Café, we’re passionate about serving great coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Barista who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
- Operating POS system and handling cash/EFTPOS transactions
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and maintaining a smooth workflow during service
- Keeping the café clean, organised, and presentable
- Supporting general café duties as required

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year barista experience preferred :

- Confident with POS and cash handling

- Solid customer service and communication skills

- Reliable, punctual,



and able to work independently

- Positive attitude and team player

Details

- Casual position :

- Hours : 10-20 hours per week

- Operating hours : 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- Pay : Award rates + super

- Perk : Free coffee on shift ☕

Job Types : Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingswood NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience :

- Coffee making: 1 year (required)
