Harvey Norman Gympie is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. You will actively manage customer repairs and servicing, tag faulty products, liaise with service agents and suppliers, and keep the service database up-to-date.

You will also keep customers informed on repair progress, assist with admin tasks, run weekly reports, and organise stock deliveries. A friendly, energetic team player with solid communication is essential.
