About Yardspace Innovations Yardspace Group is a Brisbane-based landscaping and garden services business focused on high-quality ongoing maintenance and service-based works. We operate with strong systems, clear communication, and a long-term view with our clients.

We’re seeking a part-time Services Operations & Client Support Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of our services division .

The Role

This role is dedicated exclusively to service-based work (garden maintenance, smaller service jobs, and ongoing clients). You’ll support the smooth running of day-to-day operations and act as a key communication link between clients, contractors, and the internal team.

Key responsibilities include :

- Scheduling and coordinating service jobs only :

- Managing client communications (confirmations, updates, follow-ups)

- Coordinating service contractors and confirming attendance





- Preparing and issuing service invoices

- Maintaining accurate service job records

- Supporting general services-related administration

About You

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional communicator
- Comfortable managing repeat clients and recurring schedules
- Experience in administration or customer support (trade or service-based businesses preferred)
- Familiarity with systems such as ServiceM8 or Xero is advantageous but not essential
