Buildcert is seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our Client Care team in Newcastle. This full time, hybrid role focuses on a phone-first approach to help clients quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a smooth front-of-house operation.
You'll answer calls, schedule inspections, welcome visitors and support other teams with admin tasks, working 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Opportunities for growth and flexible working after a training period are offered.
