Next Practice Newstead is seeking a Senior Medical Receptionist and Patient Advocate to join a premium private general practice. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming patient experience, coordinating appointments and handling billing and daily operations within a up-to-date, technology-enabled clinic.

Applicants should have at least one year of general practice reception experience, strong Medicare billing knowledge and proficiency with Best Practice, HotDoc, PRODA, Outlook and Teams.
