About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Need to have dental experience (ex:Dental technician,Dental assistant)
- Managing telephone enquiries and appointment bookings
- Processing HICAPS and EFTPOS payments
- Responding to emails and client enquiries
- Providing exceptional customer service
- General reception and administrative duties
- Need to hold visa status that permits the person to work full time or an equivalent work-right status
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- We don't need your previous dental experience if you have no back ground knowledge that's fine we will train you
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A reliable, professional, and positive attitude
