Mercure IT in Western Australia is seeking a passionate Part Time Commis Chef to join our professional kitchen team. You will work within a agile hotel F&B; operation across breakfast, lunch and dinner, helping to create memorable culinary moments for our guests.

Responsibilities include preparing and presenting menu items within hotel cost margins, maintaining stock rotation and waste control, and keeping all work areas clean while ensuring equipment is maintained and reported to the Head Chef.
