Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar systems, ensuring compliance with NEC codes.
- Conduct site assessments and determine optimal solar panel placement.
- Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and harnesses.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized solar installation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with solar installations.
- Collaborate with team members, project managers, and electricians to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:





- experience in solar installation or a related electrical field Prefer.
- Robust understanding of solar energy systems, including inverters, batteries, and wiring.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment 25kg+ and work in various weather conditions.
- work at Height certicicate (preferred)
- Able to work outside Sydney( accommodation and meal and travel covered)

Pay: $30 -$40+ per hours
