We're looking for an experienced Tractor / Multi-Skilled Plant Operator to join our team working on a large-scale masterplanned community project on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a varied role combining tractor operations with other bulk earthworks machinery, offering long-term local work with one of Queensland's leading civil construction companies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating 200+HP 4WD tractors with discs, ploughs and bulk bin spreaders.
- Lime spreading, soil mixing and treatment approximately 2-3 days per week.
- Operating other machinery, including rollers and articulated dump trucks (Moxys), for the remainder of the week.
- Supporting general bulk earthworks operations as required.
- Maintaining safe operating practices and completing daily machinery checks.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating large agricultural or civil construction tractors.
- Experience with lime spreading, soil treatment or stabilisation highly regarded.
- Competency operating rollers, Moxys or other earthmoving machinery.
- Current driver's licence and Construction White Card.
- A strong commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork.
