Current Venture Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Construction Manager in Melbourne to move from project management into construction leadership. You will oversee a portfolio of commercial HVAC projects valued between $5M and $15M, mentoring a team of four Project Managers and ensuring high-quality delivery for a Tier I contractor.

You will build strong relationships with builders and clients, manage budgets and timelines, and drive growth across healthcare, commercial and data centre sectors.
