Anthropic is expanding its APAC enablement function from Sydney, delivering practical, live-session based training across GTM functions. As Enablement Lead you will adapt a global enablement engine for APAC, coaching sellers and managers, and ensuring readiness in a fast-scaling setting.

You will design and run practice-first sessions, partner with regional leaders, and measure real changes in field behavior. This role blends AI tools with human coaching to accelerate capability building.
