Gawler River Produce is a family business with more than 35,000 acres of farming based in 3 areas across South Australia in Potatoes.

About Role:

The Company is looking for a farm 2IC/ Machinery Operator to join the operation at the Waikerie SA area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Drive a potato harvester, planter and other farm equipment.
- Drive a tractor and trailer to collect the produce alongside of the potato harvester.
- Drive an All-terrain forklift for the unloading and reloading of the trailers.
- Operate a boom sprayer
- To work night shift including weekends if required.

Skills & Experience:

- Current Valid Driver's License.
- Proven experience working on farm tractors especially operating 150 to 250 horsepower machines.
- Proven experience working on harvesting equipment.




- Proven experience working on planting equipment.
- Proven experience working all terrain Forklift.
- Proven experience working on boom sprayer.
- Knowledge of farming operations, mechanical aptitude or trade.
- Reliable worker that shows attention to detail.
