The Opportunity:

When you join this leading logistics provider you will be accountable for leading, directing and optimising operational performance and growth of customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train and manage team members in the warehouse in line with company policies and processes

- Consistently meet customers service agreements with 100% DIFOT

- Monitor activity to ensure productivity levels are continuously maintained

- Measure and report financial and budgetary aspects of the site

- Ensure client inventory stored and picked in line with best practises

- Provide on going training and professional development to the team

- Deliver exceptional customer focused logistics solutions

- Engage with operational and sales teams to maximise positive outcomes and business growth

- Identify any risks and take immediate corrective action

- Report and maintain all incidents

- Leading and training, toolbox talks, H&S; meeting, encourage good and safe behaviour

About You:





- Minimum 5 years experience in a 3PL facility

- Experience in a Supervisor or Manager role within 3PL warehousing

- Expert level of WMS system

- Strong MS Office skills

- Demonstrate solid experience in inventory management

- Superior customer service mentality

- Approachable and supportive leader
- A sense of urgency and problem solver (analytical and calm)

- Ability to multitask

- Leader in Health and Safety

- Proven understanding of Chain of Responsibility

- Full permanent Australian work rights
