The Opportunity

Inherit 5-7 Key Accounts running a dual desk across all Project Services & Transformation hiring.

The focus is on developing existing accounts and increasing market share , rather than building a desk from scratch through cold business development.

You'll work across roles including:

- Business Analysts
- Project Managers
- Change Managers
- Transformation professionals

Clients in this portfolio all have current contractors in place and with the existing team already stretched (over 30+ active roles on the books this month), there's an chance here to make an immediate impact. For someone who enjoys account management, building relationships and maximising the potential of existing clients, this is an opportunity to step into a desk with genuine foundations already in place.

What Are We Looking For?

- Ideally experience recruiting across Project Services & Transformation in an agency environment.
- We would also consider an experienced contract Finance, Insurance or Accounting recruiter.

- A genuine interest in account management and developing existing client relationships.
- A strong work ethic, a proactive approach and the drive to achieve ambitious billing targets.
- The ability to take feedback on board.

- A consultative approach to recruitment, with a focus on building long-term client and candidate relationships.
