We're hiring an accounts specialist who has experience with commercial property and its relevant software, ideally Yardi, MRI or a similar software used for tenant billing and rent roll management.

The Role

- Prepare and issue tenant invoices for rent, outgoings and lease adjustments.
- Maintain tenant accounts, rent rolls, rent reviews and reconciliations in Yardi .
- Monitor daily rent receipts, allocate payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage arrears, follow up overdue accounts, issue notices and escalate unresolved matters.
- Maintain bank guarantees, tenant financial records and accurate rent schedules.
- Prepare weekly and monthly accounts receivable and arrears reports.
- Respond to tenant financial queries and collaborate with Property Managers on account issues.
- Maintain data integrity within Yardi and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.




- Support legal or debt recovery action where required.

About you

- 3+ years’ experience in Accounting, preferably within the property sector.
- Strong experience managing rent rolls, tenant accounts and arrears.
- Advanced Yardi proficiency is essential.
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Tech-savvy, with an interest in system improvements and process efficiencies.
