MLA provides tailored solutions for every material handling challenge. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Head Office - Finance Team.

About the role

This role involves managing high volume banking allocations and reconciling customer accounts to remittances received, ensuring accuracy across the ledger. You will identify opportunities to enhance systems, controls and processes, manage queries internally and externally with timely resolution. You will be required to support finance administration activities and provide backup to the finance team. An accounts all-rounder with experience in AR and AP is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities

- High volume banking allocations
- Reconciling customer accounts to the remittance received and ensuring accuracy across the ledger
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems, controls and processes




- Managing queries internally and externally and providing timely resolution
- Support accounts payable processing and general finance administration activities
- Other general office tasks as required

About you

- Minimum of 2 years of account receivables experience
- Accounts payable experience is highly desirable
- Experience of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Intermediate Excel skills are essential
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with Pronto ERP system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust administrative capability with excellent attention to detail
