Enmach Industries is a proudly Australian, family-owned business with over 30 years of experience manufacturing high-quality polyethylene storage and handling solutions. We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administration All-Rounder to join our team in Bundaberg.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, takes pride in getting the details right and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

About the Role

Working as part of our administration team, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers, sales team and day-to-day business operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Booking freight and coordinating deliveries and dispatches with our logistics team
- Preparing delivery paperwork and internal documentation
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries and after-sales support
- Providing general administrative support to our sales team
- Assisting the accounts team with data entry, invoice processing and Kanban processing
- Answering incoming calls, responding to enquiries and assisting with general office duties

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable,



detail-oriented and enjoys being part of a busy team. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing or a similar administration role
- Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Clear, friendly and professional communication skills
- Confidence using computers, technology and online systems
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently
- A proactive attitude, with the initiative to think ahead and solve problems
- A flexible, team-focused approach and a willingness to lend a hand
