About the role

TCX Services, an associated company of the Tefol Group, is seeking an Administration Officer for a newly created fulltime role in Beresfield NSW. This role ideally suits a self-starter with great communication and organisational skills that thrives in an environment where there are changing priorities and duties each day. The company specialises in Komatsu and Hitachi component and parts supply for the local and global mining market.

Key responsibilities

- Provide full administration support to the TCX Beresfield Team

- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filing duties for the workshop

- Create and verify invoices, and submitting for processing

- Process supplier invoicing and assist in reconciling accounts





- Assistance with AP/AR requirements

- Meeting and greeting customers, vendors & freight

About you

- Ideally 2 years qualified experience in a similar role, however not essential

- Experience with differing account processing – invoicing (highly regarded)

- Data entry and general administration skills

- Ability to prioritize work and possess great communication and interpersonal skills

- Qualified and courteous

- High attention to detail
