About the Role





You will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality Aircore drilling operations.

We are seeking people who take pride in their work, lead by example and understand the importance of maintaining high operational and safety standards.

Whether you're an experienced Aircore Driller ready for the next step or an established Supervisor looking for a new challenge, this is an opportunity to bring your experience to a team that wants to invest in your future.

About You

- To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in Aircore drilling operations.
- A strong commitment to safety and a proactive safety culture.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- The ability to set high standards, solve problems and deliver positive operational results.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and practical experience with drill rigs, equipment and components.

- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Drilling Operations.
- A current, unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.

- A current, satisfactory National Police Clearance.
