We’re a growing, locally owned Perth cleaning business specialising in Airbnb and short-stay accommodation.

We believe a great cleaning service is about more than leaving a property looking tidy. It’s about consistency, attention to detail and giving property owners complete confidence that their accommodation will be guest-ready, every time.

We’re looking to establish long-term working relationships with 2–3 experienced, dependable cleaning subcontractors who share our standards and take genuine pride in their work.

The Opportunity

You’ll be completing Airbnb and short-stay property turnovers across Perth’s coastal and surrounding suburbs.

Typical responsibilities include

- Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Changing bed linen and making beds to a high presentation standard
- Laundry and linen management where required
- Restocking guest essentials and amenities where supplied
- Checking properties for damage, maintenance issues or missing items
- Following property-specific cleaning checklists
- Providing completion photos after each clean
- Ensuring properties are spotless, welcoming and ready for incoming guests

Turnovers are generally required between guest checkout and check-in, often within a 10 am–3 pm window.

Essential Requirements

- Active Australian Business Number (ABN)




- Current public liability insurance appropriate for professional cleaning services
- Current legal rights to work in Australia, including appropriate visa and work entitlements where applicable
- Ability to provide evidence of Australian work rights upon request
- Demonstrated professional cleaning experience
- Excellent attention to detail and consistently high cleaning standards
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between properties
- Solid communication skills and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
- Willingness to provide two professional references
- Availability for some weekday and weekend turnovers
- Ability to provide photographic evidence of completed work

Highly Regarded
- Previous Airbnb, holiday accommodation or short-stay turnover experience
- Own professional cleaning equipment and supplies
- Experience with linen changes and guest-ready presentation
- Ability to accommodate occasional short-notice bookings
- Existing cleaning businesses or small cleaning teams with capacity for additional work

We’re not looking for the cheapest cleaner. We’re looking for the right cleaners — professionals who deliver excellent results, communicate well and can be relied upon. Payment & Subcontractor Arrangements

This is a fixed-price subcontracting opportunity, not an hourly employment position.

The hourly range displayed by Indeed ($35–$45 per hour) is indicative only. Actual payment is negotiated and agreed per completed property clean, based on the property’s size, scope and specific requirements.

Subcontractors are welcome to provide their own pricing.

Bookings are offered as they become available, and no minimum volume of work is guaranteed.
