We're Hiring! – Part-Time Dealership All-Rounder

King-Church Motors is looking for a Part time Dealership All-Rounder to join our team in Yarram.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering administration, service advising and spare parts. We're looking for someone who's happy to turn their hand to different tasks, support the team and help keep the dealership running smoothly.

Whether you've worked in the automotive industry before or have strong administration and customer service skills you'd like to put to use, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Administration: General office duties, data entry, invoicing and processing paperwork.
- Service Advising: Assisting with service bookings, handling customer enquiries and keeping customers updated on their vehicles.
- Spare Parts: Ordering and receipting parts, assisting customers and technicians, and helping maintain stock.
- Customer Service: Providing friendly, professional service and creating a positive experience for our customers.
- Team Support: Pitching in across different areas of the dealership and helping out wherever needed.

What we're looking for
- A positive, reliable and can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.




- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Confidence dealing with customers and working as part of a team.
- Previous experience in automotive, administration, service advising or spare parts would be an advantage, but isn't essential for the right person.

Employment type: Part-time – days and hours negotiable for the right candidate. Ideally hours betweem 9am - 3pm.
