At Find Support, we are passionate about creating meaningful outcomes for people living with disability. We are seeking an experienced Allied Health professional to lead our Allied Health division and help shape the future of our therapy services.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide leadership, clinical governance and oversight across Allied Health services. You will support therapists and clinical leads while ensuring exceptional participant outcomes, quality standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical governance and quality leadership
- Management of therapy referrals and clinician allocation
- Oversight of therapists and clinical leads
- Professional supervision, onboarding and capability development
- Risk, incident and safeguarding oversight
- Documentation and compliance monitoring
- Capacity planning and service development
- Continuous improvement and executive reporting

About You





- Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or similar Allied Health professional
- Current registration or relevant professional membership
- Leadership, supervision or clinical governance experience
- Strong understanding of NDIS and disability services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for participant-centred outcomes
