An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a high-performing finance team on an 8-week contract.

Reporting to the AP Manager, you’ll support the end-to-end accounts payable function within a busy, fast-paced workplace. This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running, has strong attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

The Role

- Process high-volume creditor and vendor invoices, including PO matching and investigating discrepancies
- Process stock vendor invoices and claims and resolve discrepancies
- Process and verify employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare and process creditor payments accurately and on time
- Manage supplier queries and resolve account issues
- Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations and provisions
- Maintain accurate AP records and provide ad hoc support to the wider finance team

About You





- 1+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and team-focused approach
- NetSuite experience is advantageous but not essential
- Available to commit to an 8-week contract
