About the Role

As a Class A Asbestos Removal Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the safe and compliant removal of friable and non-friable asbestos. Drawing on your experience and leadership skills, you will supervise and support the company’s hazardous materials technicians, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

- ​​Location: ​Based out of Bibra Lake, WA
- Pay Rate: Causal Rates - starting at $50 depending on experience​
- ​​Work Hours | Days: ​Monday - Friday + Occasional Weekend & Away Works Required (great earning potential!)

What you'll do

- Lead, train, and support on-site asbestos removal teams
- Maintain compliance with all WHS requirements, safety plans, and site procedures
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments professionally
- Complete accurate reporting and documentation
- Travel to various sites as required (some regional/interstate travel may be necessary)
- Uphold a high standard of safety, quality,



and team leadership

What We're Looking For We’re seeking a motivated, reliable and safety-focused Supervisor who takes pride in leading a team. You'll play a key role in supporting our hazardous materials technicians and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

You will also

- Hold a current Construction White Card.
- Have asbestos removal experience, ideally in both friable and non-friable removal.
- Have a robust commitment to safety and following procedures.
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Can follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Have a flexible approach and willingness to learn.
- Be honest, responsible and someone who takes pride in their work.

What you’ll need

- Remove Friable Asbestos - CPCCDE3015 or CPCCDE3029
- Supervise Asbestos Removal - CPCCDE4008 or CPCCDE4009
- White Card Required
- At least 3 years documented experience working with Friable asbestos
- Current Australian working rights.
- Current driver’s licence and own reliable transport

Highly regarded licences

- EWP – Scissor/Under 11 Booms and/or Over 11m boom
- Work safely at heights
- Confined space
- Supervise Asbestos Removal - CPCCDE4008 or CPCCDE4009
- Additional tickets relating to construction industry.
