Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone that is highly motivated by sales targets and commission. The successful candidate will have a high regard for customer service and respect all clients equally.

This role has a high earnings potential with industry leading training and procedures. Our contemporary and well equipped office is based in Newcastle NSW.

Tasks include:





- Assessing applications for asset finance by verifying applicant financial details against lender criteria.
- Assessing applications for asset finance
- Submitting applications to our panel of more than 40 lenders
- Organising warranties, insurance, and supporting documents for settlement
- Participating in team workshops and professional development
- Establishing and maintaining referral networks
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress in line with privacy and organisational standards.
- Identifying opportunities where available

Must haves:

- A positive can-do attitude
- Great communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within a high-volume call centre or customer-facing workplace.
- Sales experience in a call centre style environment preferred but not essential
- Sound numerical literacy and proficiency in using CRM software for data management.
- Understanding of basic financial concepts and the importance of regulatory compliance in lending.
