About the role

Work closely with an established Buyer’s Agent, representing clients purchasing premium homes and apartments across Sydney’s North Shore. From sourcing off-market properties to research, due diligence and negotiations, you will gain first-hand experience in prestige property acquisitions while developing the skills to manage your own clients.

- Build trusted relationships with residential sales agents
- Source off-market properties matching client requirements
- Inspect and assess premium residential properties
- Conduct pricing research and detailed due diligence
- Assist with negotiations and property acquisitions
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, brokers and agents

Experience required

- Previous residential real estate experience essential
- Sound understanding of residential property sales
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
- Immaculate presentation and confident, professional communication
- Reliable car, driver's license and Saturday availability
