Who we’re after

We’re looking for an Assistant New Car Manager who walks in and lifts the room. You’re positive and approachable, and you want every customer to leave happier than they arrived.

- You have new car sales experience, ideally with time leading a team
- You believe finance and aftercare are part of looking after the customer properly, not an afterthought.
- You introduce the Business Manager with confidence and drive penetration across the team
- You know your numbers and enjoy chasing them
- You lead by example: on the floor, on the phone, and on the delivery line

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting our Recent Car Manager to run a high-performing retail team




- Coaching consultants through the full sales process, from the first hello to the F&I; hand-over
- Driving our monthly unit, finance, and aftercare targets
- Making our showroom a place customers want to come back to
