We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a lively, family-friendly restaurant in Sydney’s southern suburbs. Serving a mix of Italian favourites, the venue is a popular choice for local families, kids and the wider community.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a busy service, brings positive energy to the floor and knows how to create a welcoming experience for guests of all ages. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to support the team and keep service running smoothly in a fun, high-volume environment.

What you’ll do

Help lead and motivate the front-of-house team during busy services

Support daily operations, including service standards, staffing and cash handling

Make sure guests receive friendly, attentive service

Assist with staff training, rosters and shift coordination

Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety





Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally

What we’re looking for

At least five years’ experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role A background in a comparable, high-volume restaurant or family-friendly venue

Confidence managing busy crowds and fast-paced services

Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills A hands-on, positive approach and a genuine passion for hospitality The ability to help create a fun, welcoming environment for families, kids and local guests To apply:
