Kenbury is working with a leading advisory firm seeking a Vice President to join its Perth team, with a focus on General Industrials.

This prospect will suit an experienced investment banking or corporate advisory professional looking to take a lead role in transaction execution, develop client relationships and support the growth of the firm’s General Industrials coverage.

The role

- Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A; and strategic advisory mandates.

- Manage financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and transaction documentation.

- Work closely with senior advisers and clients throughout the transaction process.

- Oversee and develop junior team members.

- Contribute to origination, pitches and sector coverage.





Your background

- Investment banking or corporate advisory experience at VP level, or an experienced Associate ready to step up.

- Strong M&A; execution credentials and technical capability.

- Experience across General Industrials or related sectors.

- Confidence managing workstreams, guiding junior staff and engaging with senior clients.
